Yes, you can cancel tickets by emailing us at once to confirm your cancellation. Please note that we will inform you cancellation fee at the time you want to cancel and after that, we send you a Refund Formvia email to sign and resend us. We will process to refund you as our regulations. The refund will be credited directly to the Credit Card holders used to purchase the tickets online with us.

You can only book a maximum of 6 seats in one transaction at our website (including adults, children and infants with seats).So if you want to book big group online, please email us all information of passengers so that we can help you to book, and send you via email.

Airport tax for domestic flights is included in the ticket price.
Airport tax/charge for international flights may not be included in the ticket price. It is advised that passenger should check this information carefully when buying tickets

Due to potential traffic delays, check-in time and security screening, you are recommended to be at the airport at least 60 minutes before departure of domestic flights and 120 minutes before departure of international flights.

Despite the different check-in times at airports, check-in counters of Cambodia Angkor Air are usually opened with the time as follows:

- Open time for domestic flights: 1 hour 30 minutes before standard time departure (STD).
- Open time for International flights: 2 hours before standard time departure (STD).

Our check-in counter will be close 20 minutes before domestic departure flight time and 30 minutes before international departure flight time.

In case you do not check in on time and late, you will not be able to travel on the flight. Depending on your fare conditions, a failure to check-in on time may also result in loss of the fare, extra charges for changing fee and/or fare differences.

All passengers should present at the boarding gate with a boarding pass at least 30 minutes prior to departure time. If you are not present at the departure gate at least 10 minutes before departure you may have forfeited your seat.

At the airport of each country, passengers are expected to declare money, value items, goods, or other allowance by customs. Passengers should fill in the declaration form at the airport.

If you go to the airport late and cannot receive a boarding pass due to late check in, you cannot fly and in this case, you must buy a new ticket for nearest next flight if still available.
