Checking-in machine at the airport is now easy and convenient using Self Service Check-in machine for international flights. The airline is striving to offer better services that are much easier for passengers to use.

Passengers can option their seat using a seat map. (Passengers can change their seat if they had already selected a prior seat).

Passengers can register their mileage on machine.

Passengers can check-in to an upper cabin class when an upgraded seat is really confirmed.

Applicable Routes with Self-Service check-in machine as all international flights of ANA Group start departing from Haneda, Narita, Kansai, Shanghai (Pudong), Beijing, Hong Kong, Taipei (Taoyuan/ Songshan), San Jose, and London Airport. Self-Service check-in machine may be unavailable on certain codeshare flights which are operated by aircraft and crew of partners.

Note: This service is currently suspended for customers who use Narita-Mumbai routes

For Narita: Open Time for Self Service Check-in machines is 6:00Am and check-in close time for the last departure flight of the day.

For Kansai, Open Time for Self Service Check-in machines is 7:30am and closing of check-in counter for the last AM departure flight. 2.5 hours prior to PM departure flights - closing of check-in counter.

For Haneda, Open Time for Self Service Check-in machines is 6:25 and closing of check-in counter for the last departure flight of the day. Check-in open time may be changed depending on the flight schedules.

For Shanghai (Pudong), with NH922/NH920/NH974/NH940, Open Time is 7:45 AM and closing of check-in counter for the last AM departure flight. With NH960/NH976, Open Time is 2:30 PM and closing of check-in counter for the last departure flight of the day.

For Beijing, Open Time is 6:30 AM and closing of check-in counter for the last AM departure flight. Open Time is 11:45 AM and closing of check-in counter for the last departure flight of the day.

For Hong Kong and Taipei (Taoyuan), Open Time is 2.5 hours prior to departure flight - closing of check-in counter.

For Taipei (Songsan): Open Time is11:00 and closing of check-in counter for the last departure flight of the day.

For San Jose, Open Time is3 hours prior to departure flight - closing of check-in counter. For London, Open Time is4 hours prior to departure flight - closing of check-in counter.

Passengers who have a real ANA e-ticket. However, Passengers need to come to the ANA check-in counter if they are:
- Passengers whose reservation has been changed and not reissued
- Passengers with children under 2 years old
- Passengers requiring assistance in boarding
- Using code-share flights with other partner airlines. (When using a code share flight, please check-in at the operating airline counter.)

The Self Service Check-in machine may be unavailable depending on the kind of ticket and the type of passport passengers possess. Please ask an ANA ground staff for more details.

Passengers using domestic flights to Haneda and going to Narita by ground transport to continue to fly International flights, or passengers using domestic flights to Itami and going to Kansai to fly international flights, should check-in their international flights at Narita or Kansai Airport. Only domestic flights' check-in can be done at the domestic airports.

Passengers using domestic flights to Narita/Haneda/Kansai/Chubu to prepare to take International flights cannot use the Self Service Check-in Machine. Passengers will have to go to the check-in counter at each domestic airport for both domestic and international flights.

Yes. The adult(s) traveling with the infant can make a reservation online together.

Yes. Please select your seat after booking your tickets. The seats must be pre-assigned by 3 days in advance (4 days for flights departing midnight) to the departure date.

Yes, upgrade the ticket must be requested via ANA SKY WEB and are accepted until 23:59 the day prior to departure. Please cancel Online Check-in at first, then check-in again with your upgraded booking for your upgraded ticket class. If your ticket upgrade is waitlisted, please check-in with the original boarding class before upgrade. You can waitlist for the upgrade until the day of departure. Please check the upgrade status at the airport counter on the day of your departure.

You need to complete a handling advice at the airport. Parents or guardians should remember to be fill out and sign Handling Advice Form.

The ages of Children from 5 through 11 may travel alone and use the Easy Travel for Kids service.

Yes. You can make a request for special meals-free from allergies by contacting ANA International Reservation and Information Center at least 96 hours prior to departure time. The meals are cooked in an allergy-free kitchen; however, ANA cannot completely prevent the possibility of other substances in the atmosphere which may be mixed during the process. We ask that those with severe food allergies to contact your doctor before choosing your meals.
