- In-flight meal service: Foods and beverages, consisting of side dishes and snacks, brought onboard by individual passengers that cause discomfort to others (due to excessive smell, noise etc.) may be prohibited at the discretion of airline staff. Hot water for baby formula can be requested to in-flight staff.

Asiana Club is the Frequent Flyer Program provided by Asiana Airlines, and depend on Asiana Club Miles. If you are a member of Asiana Club, you will earn Asiana Club Miles whenever you fly with Asiana Airlines or one of our partners, and the miles you accumulate can be used for Flight Awards.

When you participate in Asiana Club, you are registered as a Silver Member (Regular Member), but you can be upgraded to a Gold, Diamond, Diamond Plus or Platinum Membership based on the miles you acquire by boarding Asiana Airlines and Star Alliance flights and the number of Asiana Airlines flights you board. More benefits are offered at the higher membership levels.

If you join Asiana Club, you gain the status of Silver Membership. If you board flights of Asiana Airlines and Star Alliance or use the services of one of our partners, consisting of credit card companies, hotels and car rental, you may accumulate miles. Anyone may join Asiana Club. Children under the age of 12 are registered as Magic Miles Member, and this status is automatically changed to Silver Membership status when the child turns 12.
Silver members can:
- Accumulated miles can be used for award ticket purchases and seat upgrades.
- Diverse benefits can be used and miles can be earned through partners.
- The Asiana Club e-newsletter regularly announces members of their mileage status, while providing Asiana news and event news.
- To subscribe, please register your e-mail address at the website or an Asiana Club Service Center.
- The miles that you accumulate are valid for ten years from the date of boarding or the date of accumulation

Personal Guide Package: A Gold Membership Card with the Star Alliance Silver logo and the Bag Tag for the priority baggage processing service are sent to the member.

Priority for Waiting Reservations: If you are waiting due to a plane being fully booked, your booking will be confirmed as a priority when there is an unoccupied seat

Asiana Club e-Newsletter: The Asiana Club e-newsletter regularly notifies members of their mileage status, while supplying Asiana news and event news. To subscribe, please register your e-mail address at the website or an Asiana Club Service Center.

Earning of 20,000 miles by boarding Asiana Airlines or Star Alliance flights, or boarding 30 Asiana Airlines flights for within 24 months from the base date.
Qualification period
1. Elite membership tier is provided based on boarding performance in the 24 months after the base date.
2. If you meet the standard in the 24 months, early membership promotion is issued. The Elite membership status is maintained for the period of the early promotion and an additional 24 months.
3. If the membership term expires, the new membership tier is granted according to the boarding performance in the 24 months prior to the date of expiry. The boarding frequency for the early promotion term is not reflected in the membership status review.
