HELP CENTER

- Step 1: Enter the booking number or ticket number and select date of departure to continue
- Step 2: Choose an itinerary and passengers for check-in
- Step 3: Please read and agree to the dangerous articles notification
- Step 4: Click on the passenger and seat (International flights: Enter your passport information)
- Step 5: Change the seat to one of your choice
- Step 6: Select the method of boarding pass issuance (Print or send via e-mail)
- Step 7: Boarding pass issuance complete

- Step 1: Print the online (home-printed) boarding pass after check-in or save the mobile boarding pass to your device.
- Step 2: Arrival at the airport, if you have no checked baggage, then proceed immediately to the security checkpoint before arriving at your boarding gate; if you have checked baggage, please drop off bags at the Asiana counter before proceeding to the departure area after passing through the security checkpoint.
- Step 3: After showing the boarding pass and ID (resident registration card, driver's license, passport etc.) to the security agent at the departure terminal entrance, and getting gate location information. Please proceed to the boarding gate after passing through security.
- Step 4: Boarding of domestic flights opens 15 minutes and closes 5 minutes before departure. Please arrive at the boarding gate as early as possible for on-time departure.

- Step 1: Print the home-printed boarding pass after check-in or receive the mobile boarding pass. The online/mobile boarding pass is issued for certain flights only.
- Step 2: Arrival at the airport:
+ Routes accepting online/mobile boarding pass: If passengers have no baggage to check, they may proceed to the security checkpoint without going to the counter; if they have checked baggage, they may drop off your baggage at the dedicated counter.
+ Routes not accepting the online/mobile boarding pass: exchange the voucher for a physical boarding pass and check-in your baggage at the Asiana desk
- Step 3: Go to security check and immigration. Security check is conducted for passengers and baggage to guarantee the safety of all passengers and flights. Show the valid passport and required visa for the destination country to pass through immigration.
- Step 4: Boarding of international flights closes 10 minutes prior to departure. Please present at the boarding gate early as possible for on-time departure.

- Domestic flights: all airports. Due to the conditions at Busan-Gimhae airport, online/mobile boarding pass is not available for international routes.
- International flights:
+ Americas: Los Angeles (LAX), San Francisco (SFO), Seattle (SEA), New York (JFK), Chicago (ORD), Honolulu (HNL). The mobile boarding pass cannot be used on the Americas routes due to the verification process of the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) (only online (home-printed) boarding passes can be available for these routes).
+ Europe: London-Heathrow (LHR), Paris-Charles De Gaulle (CDG), Frankfurt (FRA), Istanbul (IST)
+ Japan: Tokyo-Narita (NRT), Tokyo-Haneda (HND), Osaka (KIX), Fukuoka (FUK), Okinawa (OKA)
+ Others: Hong Kong (HKG), Taipei-Taoyuan (TPE)

Show the e-ticket itinerary and check in at the Asiana Airlines counter. Customers must keep their e-ticket itinerary until the entire journey is complete, as some countries may require you to show the itinerary at immigration or at customs.
