The closing time is 20 minutes prior to departure, at the airports of Seoul (Incheon), Seoul (Gimpo), Gwangju, Daegu, Muan, Busan, Yeosu, Ulsan, Jeju, Jinju, Cheongju and Pohang.

- 60 minutes prior to the flight departure time: at the airports of New York, Los Angeles, Beijing, San Francisco, Seattle, Chicago, Istanbul and Honolulu
- 50 minutes prior to the flight departure time: at the airports of Incheon, London, Delhi, Manila, Bangkok and Sydney
- 45 minutes prior to the flight departure time: at the airport of Shenzhen
- 40 minutes prior to the flight departure time: General Closing Time for International Flights (55 Areas Serviced)
- 30 minutes prior to the flight departure time: Dalian, Xi'an, Yantai and Weihai

The opening and closing time of the check-in counter may vary at different airports. A passenger who arrives at the counter after check-in has closed cannot board the flight. Asiana Airlines suggests that you present at the check-in counter at least two hours before the departure of your flight.

First class, Business class passengers and Star Alliance Gold members travelling with a boarding pass on Asiana Airlines/Star Alliance operating flight may use our lounge service. Treat your self with snacks and beverages in our comfortable lounges (Business Class Lounge, First Class Lounge, and Hansarang) before boarding. OZ Airlines also have one-stop check in lounge called Hansarang Lounge in Incheon Int’l Airport for customers with restricted mobility.

First Class, Business Class passengers travelling on Asiana Airlines flight as well as Asiana Club Platinum, Diamond Plus, Diamond members travelling on Asiana Airlines flight or Star Alliance flight are open for access to any Asiana Airlines partnered lounges across the world. - You can easily select a seat.
- You may get a boarding pass through diverse methods including printing or sending the document via e-mail or SMS text.

The service hours are available from 48 hours to 1 hour before the flight departure. (Routes from/to the Americas: 24 hours to 1 hour before the flight departure).
