+ How can Avios and Tier Points be earned for my flights?

Program

If you purchased BA tickets through a travel agency and haven't got your booking reference, as they are the "owner" of your reservation, you are advised to contact them directly obtain it. Although, if they put your Club membership number into it, it'll show in your list of reservations when you log into your account on ba.com.

If you haven't yet purchased tickets, our flight calculator will indicate you how many Avios and Tier Points you can earn from a flight you're planning.

Please note that if you upgrade a Reward flight at the airport on the day you travel, using cash to pay the upgrade amount, you are not able to earn Avios and Tier Points on that transaction.
+ How long can I use the Avios in my Executive Club account?

Program

Your Avios will remain in your account provided that you collect, spend, share or purchase at least one Avios every 36 months - if you leave it any longer than three years they will expire and be removed.
+ How do I request a replacement membership card?

Program

If you've lost your card, you can order a replacement online, here - you don't need to report it to us.

Please allow up to four weeks for it to arrive. However, if your Executive Club membership year expire in the next two months this facility might not be available and you may have to wait for your scheduled new card.

If your membership card was in your wallet or with other personal items that have been stolen and you are concerned that it could possibly lead to fraudulent activity on your account, please contact your Service Centre so they can add a note and arrange for a 'watch' on your Avios spend activity.

If you don’t remember your membership number/username, or can no longer enter the email address to which your Executive Club account is linked, please contact your local Executive Club Service Centre.
