No. Customers can only get awards against the value of the Flybe total ticket value excluding Government charges. Other purchases of bags, seat and other products do not qualify for Avios.
+ How do I claim missing Avios and Tier Points on British Airways flights?

- For a member after his flight, he can claim Avios and Tier Points for any flights of BA and partner flights flown where his Executive Club membership number had not been added to the booking beforehand or the Avios and Tier Points have not been credited properly. Each member has six months from the date of the flight to make the claim. Avios can take up to 72 hours after flight to appear in your account.

- For passengers taking flights before joining the program, Avios and Tier Points can be claimed for any British Airways flights flown within the three months prior to joining, but not for flights on other airlines. Passenger has six months from the date of the flight to make the claim.

- Executive Club frequent flyer program is for individual travelers and member of the same family. Members collect Avios after flights of BA and partners. They can use Avios for personal leisure or business use. They also earn Tier Points to move through the tiers of the Club for improve benefits.

- On Business, it is a global loyalty program to help businesses maximize their travel budgets. Companies earn On Business Points on flights taken by their employees. These employees can spent on flights and upgrades to make the company’s travel budget go further. Employees of a company registered with On Business who are also members of the Executive Club, will also earn personal Avios and Tier Points.
+ How to merge two BA Executive Club account into one?

If member has two Executive Club account, he/she can merge them into one. Avios from one account will be transferred across to the other. And that account will be closed. The remaining account will be the correct membership number to use in the future.
+ How to close BA Airways Executive Club membership?

Members can cancel their membership by writing to Executive Club Service Center. Members can tell the airline particular reasons for cancellation and share comments. If members still have their membership card, they can also cut that card in half.
+ How to reserve new or replacement BA Airlines Executive Club bag tags?

Bronze, Silver and Gold members can get hold of Executive Club bag tags. Two tags are supplied with their membership pack when they reach any of these tiers, and then again each time you renew.

In terms of replacement bag tags, members can make it online. Once the request ordered, members are posted within 28 days. The facility may not available for membership year will end in the next two months.

Signing up for the Executive Club as a new Blue Member, members will be sent an email with their membership number and login to manage account. Members will get membership card digitally via the BA mobile app or by logging on via ba.com. However, if you're an Executive Club Member based in Spain or South Africa, we will still send a plastic card to you to help you when collecting Avios with some partner companies.
