- You must present at your boarding gate at least 20 minutes before your flight departs.
- If you need to check bags into the aircraft hold, you must do this at check-in/the bag drop locations no later than 45 minutes before the scheduled departure time of your flight, and have passed through into Security more than 35 minutes before your flight departs.

- Ensure you know when your boarding gate closes and arrive on time as you will not be able to board your flight once the gate has closed.
- We will check your boarding pass, passport, ID and visa, at the boarding gate.
- Our cabin crew will check your boarding pass when you get onto the aircraft.

Passengers cannot request a special meal on any UK Domestic flights and some Euro Traveller flights.

Additionally, passengers also cannot made special meal requests for travel on any route if you are travelling on a standby or waitlist ticket
