What are regulations of 5J Airlines about fares?

According to regulation of 5J, fares must be paid in full before issuance of the itinerary receipt. Fares are flown and forfeited when a passenger does not present at the check-in counter, or at the boarding gate. Cebu Pacific fares do not include:
- Fee of ground transport services between airports and between airports and town terminals;
- Administrative and service fees and other charges;
- Government taxes, fees and charges; or
- Government-authorized airline surcharges

What are policies on Taxes, Fees and Charges of Cebu Pacific Airways?

Cebu Pacific will collect government taxes, fees, charges, administrative and service fees and other charges at the time of payment. These fees will be shown separately in the Tax/Fee/Charges box of the itinerary receipt if they are not included in the fare. Taxes and charges on domestic or international flights are subject to change; if they are not collected by the airline, it will be payable upon check-in or before departure time of 5J, or directly to the concerned government agency.
