Jet Airways reserves the right to make a refund only to the person named in the ticket or to the person who originally paid for the ticket, and to refuse a refund if any application for such refund is made later than 365 days after the expiry date of the ticket.

The regulations of Cebu Pacific baggage applied to regular basic fares are described as below:
- Each passenger can bring 01 hand baggage for free.
- Each passenger can bring checked baggage or hold luggage, and pay fee per bag increase with number checked.
- If passengers bring overweight bags, they will have to pay fees. The fees depend on weight and size.
- If passengers bring baggage as sports equipment, they have to pay applicable fees per item, depending on weight.

Each passenger can bring 01 free piece of hand baggage on board. The hand baggage is not allowed to exceed 115cm/ 45in in the sum of three dimensions for Airbus flights, and 115cm/ 43in for ATR flights, the size include handles and wheels. The piece of hand baggage will be put in the overhead bin or under the seat in front of passenger.

Apart from 01 piece of hand baggage, each passenger can bring a purse, jacket, umbrella, diaper bag, and assistive devices (wheelchairs, walkers, crutches, strollers, child restraint seats, etc.).

Each passenger can bring 01 piece of checked baggage weighing less than 30kg/ 66lb for Airbus flights, or 20kg/44lb for ATR flights.

Baggage Protect is an insurance rider for Travelsure. Passengers can add a minimum amount to raise the baggage related coverage to upgrade the existing travel insurance. It provides compensations for any unwanted physical loss or damage to checked-in baggage from any cause, other than those specifically excluded.

The fees of baggage protect vary on baggage type and segment:
- Baggage BG10: 50 PHP for domestic flights
- Baggage BG15: 50 PHP for domestic flights, 70 PHP for international flights, 100 PHP for long-haul flights
- Baggage BG 20: 70 PHP for domestic flights, 100 PHP for international flights, 100 PHP for long-haul flights
- Baggage BG 30: 90 PHP for domestic flights, 100 PHP for international flights, 150 PHP for long-haul flights
- Baggage BG 40: 100 PHP for domestic flights, 100 PHP for international flights, 150 PHP for long-haul flights

No. Cebu Pacific baggage protect service is available for routes from Philippines to short-haul destinations, from Philippines to UAE, Kuwait, and Qatar; from Macau, Japan, China, Korea, and Taiwan.

No. Passengers may offer the service of Baggage Protect provided Prepaid Baggage and Travelsure are availed. Baggage Protect may not be availed if passengers do not have baggage and Travelsure.

No. Baggage Protect is not refundable, but it may be rebooked.
