Yes. In addition to tickets of Jet Airways, customers have to show the itinerary receipt and a valid photo ID (photo identification issued by Official Government, Driving license, Election photo identification passport, or photo credit card…)

Customers can buy itinerary for one-way or round-trip tickets of Economy and Premiere class. Bookings for adults and children are applied also.

Some changes in destinations, travel dates and times, along with customers’ connection preference can be made before purchasing or paying.

Customers can change their travel itinerary after purchasing ticket through offices or through an authorized travel agent of Jet Airways. Customers should get their ticket appropriately stickered or revalidated at any of 9W offices, airport ticket counters, or by travel agency.

All changes, including cancellation, postponement, and change of itinerary to a confirmed ticket issued on INR fare must be done at least 01 hour before departure. In case, a ticket is reissued from a higher to a lower fare, the fee for re-issuance is imposed, irrespective of whether there is any change in sector/class of travel.

No-Show occurs when passenger and/or his travel agent fails to amend / cancel a booking up to 01 hour before the flight’s scheduled departure. Punishment fee is applicable for segment/sector which results in No-Show. In case of no-show, all connecting and return international flights will be cancelled. Yet, for complete domestic journey, connecting and return flights are not cancelled.

Normally, Jet Airways fares are often changed without notice. If passengers bought a ticket and then its fare increased, passengers do not have to pay the fare difference. However, if passengers make changes in fare that require reissuance of ticket, they have to pay the difference.

Once an online booking is made, passengers have to confirm the time, and date of departure. The airline takes for granted no responsibility whatsoever as a result of delay or cancellation of flight, including change in flight schedule.
