On flights of Aeroflot, children between 2 and 12 years old will be seated next to their parents or next to the window. Children will be provided with toys and games, even travel kits depending on age and flight direction. The ticket also brings a separate seat and free luggage allowance in accordance with the chosen class.

Yes. Aeroflot accepts to transport children between 5 and 16 years old traveling alone. Adult should book Aeroflot tickets and prepare necessary travel documents and inform the airline. The children will be taken care during their journey. The price of service for unaccompanied children is 40 euros.
- Children from 5-12: adults must request accompanied service for their children at full fare without discount. The service is compulsory.
- Children from 12-16: the price of service is equal to normal adult fare. Only when parents/trustees request is the service provided.

In flights with a long connection, children will be provided with:
- soft drinks, tea, coffee (5EUR) if the waiting time is up to 3 hours
- hot meals (20EUR) if the waiting time is up to 6 hours

Yes. Your child can travel on SU aircraft if:
- attendants stay with the child at the airport until departure
- the child will definitely be picked up at the airport of the arrival destination
- such service is mandatory under local legislation

A group of children can travel from cities of Russian if they have letters of attorney, and details about organization purchase and registration of tickets. It must have a guarantee of the availability of letters of attorney from parents, adoptive parents and guardians for each child in the group.

Adults who let their children travel alone on SU flights should prepare the following things inside hand baggage of children (depending on children age):
- Clothing and diapers for change
- Things your children need to sleep
- Baby-soother and flask
- A blanket or warm clothing
- Little toys
- Pharmaceuticals
- Candies or a flask, for your children to swallow during takeoff and landingattain pressure equalization

All babies younger than 7 days are not allowed traveling on SU flights. Babies under 2 years old traveling on SU can be provided with baskets/cradles.

Yes. Aeroflot personnel help physically challenged passengers in airports, during boarding and upon arrival. Before traveling by air, disable passengers should ask doctor’s advice whether they are physically fit to fly, they should take what safety precautions, and whether they have to travel with another person.
