- Each passengers can bring one medical thermometer
- Each passengers can bring one mercury tonometer in standard casing
- Mercury barometer or manometer, packaged in airtight container and sealed by the sender’s stamp
- Each passengers can bring one disposable lighter
- Dry ice for cooling perishable products, less than 2 kg/passenger
- 3% hydrogen peroxide, less than 100 ml/passenger
- Liquids, gels and aerosols, referred to as non-dangerous: in containers with capacity of no more than 100 ml (or equivalent capacity in other measurement units), packed in a sealed transparent plastic bag with a volume of no more than 1 liter, each passenger can bring one plastic bag.

There are some rules on SU flights’ transportation firearms:
- Passengers have to declare their intent to bring firearms as their baggage when booking a ticket and check-in.
- Passengers having firearms as baggage must check in no later than 1 and a half hours before departure.
- Passengers have to present an appropriate permit for the right to keep and bear firearms on flights within the Russian Federation.
- Passengers have to present a permit for import/export of firearms issued by an authorized division of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on fights to/from/through the Russian Federation.

- Passengers can bring sporting and hunting weapons to the Russian Federation, if they have an invitation from a legal body.
- Passengers are not allowed to bring to the Russian Federation (RF) and use in the RF any kinds, types or models of weapon for any purposes.
- Firearms must be handled in at the departure airport for temporary keeping for the duration of the flight
- Passengers are not allowed to bring weapon in the cabin,
- Weapon simulators can be transported as checked baggage only.
- Each passenger cannot bring ammunitions of over 5kg.
- Passengers are not allowed to bringammunitions for gas-powered guns by air transport.
- Electric shockers made in Russia are equated to civilian weapons; they have to be carried with other weapons.Electric shockers produced outside Russian Federation are forbidden for sale and transportation in Russia.

All liquids bought at the duty-free shops at the airport must be put in a sealed clear plastic bag. In addition, SU does not allowed to bring the following items in passenger cabin:
- Corkscrews;
- Needles for subcutaneous injections (if no medical justification is produced);
- Knitting needles;
- Scissors with a blade length of less than 60 mm;
- Folding (without fixation device) travel knives, penknives with a blade length of less than 60 mm.

- Electronic cigarettes can be brought in cabin, and put in passenger’s belongings
- Passengers are not allowed to smoke e-cigarettes on board the aircraft
- Passengers are not allowed to bring e-cigarettes in checked baggage.

Carriage of live animals and birds onboard is not included in the free baggage allowance.Excess baggage fee will be applied for the second baggage piece (regardless of the total number of the passenger’s baggage pieces, including live animals, and service class). Passengers must announce the airline at least 36 hours before the schedule departure time.

If live animals/birds are transported as checked baggage, they will not be treated as free baggage allowance. Excess baggage fee will be applied as the second baggage piece. Additional fee will be calculated if the size and/or weight of the animal with the cage exceeds the allowance for one baggage piece. Passengers also have to announce 36 hours before the scheduled departure time.

In cases of Aeroflot baggage lost, passengers should contact SU baggage staff at the “Lost and Found” desk before leaving the arrival hall; or emai: [email protected] when passengers are not at the airport. It takes about 21 days to search baggage from the moment the passenger submit the report.If the lost luggage is not found or is damaged, passenger will get a compensation.

In cases of delaying, cancelling, or other irregularities caused by SU:
- Passengers are eligible for either a single free of charge phone call or fax transmission.
- Passengers are eligible for meals and drinks corresponding to the waiting time and the time of day, if delays of more than 4 hours
- Drinks will be offered for delays of two hours or more.
- If the delay is six hours or more during the night, or eight hours or more during the day, Aeroflot provides checked-in passengers with hotel accommodation plus catering services and transfer to and from the hotel.

A code-sharing agreement is an agreement between two or more airlines. The airline operating a given flight allows one or more other airlines to market this flight and issue tickets for it as if they were operating the flight themselves. In practice, these other airlines add their own airline designator code and flight number onto that of the operating carrier.Aeroflot has 27 code-sharing agreements with foreign and Russian airlines and operates joint flights with its partners to more than 100 destinations.

Passengers on Business class of SU can be provided with a wide range of dishes and beverages, a series of interesting films, travel kits and comfort items.It is sure that passengers in Business class will feel comfortable and relaxed during the flight.
