Can I bring liquids in hand baggage on board of SU Airways?

Russian airports currently apply certain restrictions on transporting liquids,gels and aerosols in hand luggage. The regulation applies to water and other beverages, soups, syrups, creams, lotions and oils, perfume, sprays, gels, including hair gels and shower gels, cans, including shaving foam, other foams and deodorants, pastes, including toothpaste, liquid and solid mixtures, mascara, and any other similar substances.
Each passenger is allowed to bring no more than 100ml each container of the above mentioned substances. The maximum of total liquids allowed on board is 1000ml. All containers have to be put in a clear plastic bag. Each passenger is allowed to bring only 01 bag.

Can I bring liquids bought at duty-free shops at the airport before getting on SU aircraft?

Yes. After checking in and having gone through passport control, passengers can purchase drinks and spirits in Duty Free shops at airports and bring on board.Any acquired liquids and gels must be packaged and sealed in a Duty Free store or on board, if necessary. The bag’s seal is valid for 24 hours.

The excess baggage fee is applied to flights of Aeroflot:
- Exceeding the number of pieces: 2500RUB or 50USD/EUR for the 2ndpiece applied when the baggage allowance is 01 piece; 7500RUB or 150USD/EUR for the 3rd piece applied when the baggage allowance is 02 pieces.
- Exceeding the weight: 2500RUB or 100USD/EUR for piece of over 23kg but less than 32kg; 5000RUB or 150USD/EUR for piece of over 32kg but less than 50kg;
- Exceeding the total size: 5000RUB or 100USD/EUR for piece of over 158cm but less than 203cm, and 7500RUB or 150USD/EUR for piece of over 203cm.

How Aeroflot Airline will calculate the excess baggage fee in a journey with different airline?

If traveling with Aeroflot only, the rates of excess baggage will be calculated for the entire route. If traveling on flights exploited by Aeroflot and other airlines (codeshare flights), excess baggage fee on flight of other airline will be imposed by their own rates. In case, flights are operated by many carriers, the excess baggage fee will be calculated by the dominant carrier rates on this route apply.
