Most of AC power outlets and those offer DC power are being converted. Passengers can use a DC-to-AC adaptor on select flights if traveling on First or Business class.

Yes. Satellite phone service is available on US Airways Airbus A330 aircraft in First and Business Class. Passengers can make calls worldwide and pay by credit cards.

Yes. Passengers can use the devices if allowed by the flight crew. Remember that cell phones are not allowed during flights. During sitting in taxi, takoff and landing, passengers have to put small devices in airplane mode, hold or place the device under the seat; laptop and oter large items should be turned off and put away.

AA provides passengers with in-seat entertainment, tablets, overhead video, streaming video, and inflight radio. Passengers have a chance to enjoy up to 250 movies, 180 TV programs, more than 350 music and radio selections, 18 radio channels, and up to 20 games. With overhead main screen video, passengers can watch full episodes of popular shows and clips. Overhead video is offered on select flights. Besides, there is a series of music, magazines and newspaper for passengers to read during flight.The airline is also offering the brand new Bose QuietComfort 25 Acoustic Noise Cancelling headphones on select routes.

The Main Cabin Extra of AA provides passengers with: 6 inches of additional legroom, boarding earlier, earlier exit off. The Main Cabin Extra seats are complimentary for AAdvantage Executive Platinum, AAdvantage Platinum members, oneworld Sapphire and oneworld Emerald members, and customers who purchase a full-fare Main Cabin ticket.

American Airlines will hold an award reservation depending on how long before departure time passenger booked. For example:
- Hold for 5 days when booking 15 - 330 days before departure
- Hold for 1 day when booking 1 - 14 days before departure
- Hold up to 2 hours before departure when booking within 24 hours of departure

Remember, there are certain special awards and awards including certain airline partners and having shorter hold time. In addition, award processing charges can be applied for tickets sold no more than 21 days before schedule departure time.

Passengers can make award reservation up to 2 hours before scheduled departure time. However, it is highly recommended to book reservation as soon as plans are fixed. Customers do not have to pay for fee if making reservation at least 21 days before the schedule departure time; or, customers are elite status member.

In this case, when passenger cancels his reservation, he can bring miles back to his account (fee may be applied). Or, passenger can change ticket for a different date and entitled flight. But, ticket is still valid. All flights on an award ticket must be conducted within 01 year from the date of issuing ticket.
