In case, your baggage was not returned to you upon arrival, you can track the progress of your baggage file online using WorldTracer while awaiting their delivery.

To change information in the report of delayed baggage, passengers have to contact the service center of the airline.

Depending on your arrival airport, you can announce the missing baggage in two ways: online, within 48 hours after flight ended; or at AIR FRANCE KLM Baggage Service before leaving the airport.

Declare Online:
- Provide your baggage receipt number, complete the form or through Air France app within 48 hours of your arrival
- Enter your receipt number into the online form. A file number will be sent at the end of the declaration process. Keep this number to track the searching progress on the official site of Air France.

Declare at the airport:
If you recognize the missing baggage when you are at airport, immediately go to AIR FRANCE KLM Baggage Service, fill out a Property Irregularity Report (PIR). Then, you will receive a file number at the end of the declaration process. Keep this number in order to track the progress of the search for baggage.

Passengers can select seat online by reaching the Air France cabin layout tool when booking ticket, or when reviewing/modifying reservation. Although the airline always wants to meet passengers’ need, the seat reservation cannot be guaranteed.

Yes. Passengers can change their seat on the official site of Air France in the section of “Review/modify your reservations”.

Check-in online with Air France is simple and easy. Passengers can select seat in advance online, receiving online boarding pass from 30 hours before the departure, and 24 hours for flights of Delta Air Lines and Air France departing from Atlanta, Detroit, and Minneapolis. In addition, passengers can use automatic check-in. It means that passengers will receive a boarding pass via email or mobile from 30 hours before the scheduled departure time.

To change reserved seats, passengers can visit the “Online check-in” section of the website of Air France. In case, passengers have purchased a Mini price ticket, they only can select seat at the airport at a Self-Service Kiosk or at the check-in counter.
