In flights within the United States, Canada (including the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico), the fees will be calculated as below:
- 100 USD/CAD for bags weighing 51-70 lbs (23 - 31.75 kg)
- 200 USD/CAD for bags weighing 71-100 lbs (32 - 45.36 kg)
- Bags exceeding 100 lbs. (45.36 kg) are not allowed
Note: CAD or EUR amounts will be charged when exiting Canada or Europe, respectively.

Passengers can check-in online from 24 hours to 30 minutes prior to a domestic flight within the U.S. or 60 minutes prior to an international flight. However, the check-in time may be different at some airports. Thus, it is recommended that passengers should reach the airport 75 minutes in advance for domestic flights, and 03 hours before the departure for international flights.
Passenger will need one of the following things to access his itinerary:
