+ Can e-cigarettes be brought onboard of Delta Airlines?

Yes. E-cigarettes are allowed in hand baggage in flights of Delta or Delta Connection. They are considered healthier than normal ones. It is suitable to those who want to quit smoking. Meanwhile, simulated smoking materials including cigarettes, pipes and cigars, is prohibited on all Delta flights.

-Lighters that do not have fuel can be carried in checked or hand baggage.
- Passengers are prohibited to bring lighter refills, gasoline/Sterno cans, paints, stains, lubricants, and matches easily flamable when strike anywhere on board.
- Each passenger can bring 01 matchbook in pocket provided that it is not "strike anywhere" matches.
- Torch or blue flame lighters are not permitted.
+ Can I bring Lithium batteries in Delta flights?

Passengers can bring Lithium battteries used for electronic and medical devices (e.g. watches, calculators, cameras, cell phones, laptops, camcorders, hearing aids, etc.) onboard as hand baggage. These batteries must be protected seperately to prevent short circuits.
Some limitations for carriage of Lithium batteries are:
- Lithium batteriescontain a maximum of 160 watt hours. Those containing more than 160 watt hours are not allowed.
-Lithium batteries used in a personal electronic device can be carried as checked or hand baggage.
- Lithium batteries not used in a device must be in hand baggage and the maximum number of spares is no more than 02 spares between 100 and 160 watt hours.
+ Does Delta Air Lines allow fuel cell systems on board?

According to regulations on Delta Air Lines baggage will accept to carry fuel cell system with the following conditions:

- Each passenger can bring no more than two spare fuel cell cartridges in hand baggage only.
- Fuel cell cartridges may not be refillable by the user. Refueling the fuel cell systems is not permitted, except that the installation of a spare cartridge is allowed.
- There must be note of the manufacturer on fuel cell cartridge and system: "APPROVED FOR CARRIAGE IN AIRCRAFT CABIN ONLY".

Although Delta provide passengers with life jackets, it encourages each passengers to bring their own. To bring onboard, passenger’s self-inflating life jacket must contain no more than two small carbon dioxide cylinders plus no more than two spare cylinders. The jacket can be transported in checked or hand baggage.
