Yes. E-cigarettes are allowed in hand baggage in flights of Delta or Delta Connection. They are considered healthier than normal ones. It is suitable to those who want to quit smoking. Meanwhile, simulated smoking materials including cigarettes, pipes and cigars, is prohibited on all Delta flights.

No. All kinds of fireworks and explosives are prohibited to bring into flights in any ways.

- Passenger can bring only 01 fuel lighter in pocket or in hand baggage.
- If bring two lighters, they must be put in checked baggage, provided that they are enclosed in a U.S. Department of Transportation approved case.
-Lighters that do not have fuel can be carried in checked or hand baggage.
- Passengers are prohibited to bring lighter refills, gasoline/Sterno cans, paints, stains, lubricants, and matches easily flamable when strike anywhere on board.
- Each passenger can bring 01 matchbook in pocket provided that it is not "strike anywhere" matches.
- Torch or blue flame lighters are not permitted.

Passengers can bring Lithium battteries used for electronic and medical devices (e.g. watches, calculators, cameras, cell phones, laptops, camcorders, hearing aids, etc.) onboard as hand baggage. These batteries must be protected seperately to prevent short circuits.
Some limitations for carriage of Lithium batteries are:
- Lithium batteriescontain a maximum of 160 watt hours. Those containing more than 160 watt hours are not allowed.
-Lithium batteries used in a personal electronic device can be carried as checked or hand baggage.
- Lithium batteries not used in a device must be in hand baggage and the maximum number of spares is no more than 02 spares between 100 and 160 watt hours.

According to regulations on Delta Air Lines baggage will accept to carry fuel cell system with the following conditions:

- Each passenger can bring no more than two spare fuel cell cartridges in hand baggage only.
- Fuel cell cartridges may not be refillable by the user. Refueling the fuel cell systems is not permitted, except that the installation of a spare cartridge is allowed.
- There must be note of the manufacturer on fuel cell cartridge and system: "APPROVED FOR CARRIAGE IN AIRCRAFT CABIN ONLY".

Delta Air Lines does not transport household items as aerosols (i.e. spray disinfectant and starch), bleach, cleaning solvents, drain cleaners and pesticides.

Delta will transport insulated packaging, containing refrigerated liquid nitrogen as checked and hand baggage if it is fully porous material, intended for carriage of non-hazardous products and kept at a low temperature.

- Personal oxygen are forbidden in aircraft cabin, hand baggage, and checked baggage.

- Such items as cologne and hairspray will be transported as checked baggage without prior approval, iftheir capacity of containers (bottles) is less than 16 ounces of each and less than 70 ounces total. Personal care items in smaller quantities complying with TSA regulationscan be transported in hand baggage.

- One butane curling iron per passenger is permitted in hand baggage. No refills are allowed and the safety cover must be on the curling iron. It is not permissible to be used on the aircraft at any time. Butane curling irons are not permitted when traveling to Switzerland.

Although Delta provide passengers with life jackets, it encourages each passengers to bring their own. To bring onboard, passenger’s self-inflating life jacket must contain no more than two small carbon dioxide cylinders plus no more than two spare cylinders. The jacket can be transported in checked or hand baggage.
