Each passenger can bring one golf bag as checked baggage, and fees may be applied. Bags that exceed 50 lbs (23kg) are considered excess baggage. Oversized baggage fees will be applied to golf bags that exceed 62 linear inches. Those exceeding 115 linear inches are not allowed.

One item of golfing equipment is defined to contain one set of golf clubs, golf balls and tees; and one pair of golf shoes. Golf bag is packaged within a hard-shell case; golf bag is packaged within a soft-sided golf club travel bag after a limited release has been signed. Delta is not responsible for damage noted at the time of check-in or damage due to over-packing the bag.

Yes. Each passenger can bring a bag of scuba equipment or an empty dive tank as checked baggage.An empty dive tank is allowed and will be assessed the Scuba Equipment Fee stated below. The maximum sum of three dimensions may exceed 62 linear inches (158 cm), but oversized baggage fees will be applied. Tanks weighing over 70 lbs will be charged the applicable excess weight fee. Tanks exceeding 100 lbs (5kg) or 115 linearinches (292cm) are not allowed.

- 150 USD, 175 CAD, or 125 EUR for flights to/from Europe or North Africa
- 100 USD for flights from/to Brazil

Yes. Passengers can bring surfboard/ windsurfing boards/ skateboards/ ski or snowboard equipment in flights of Delta Air Lines.

These sports equipment can be carried as checked baggage and may be applied fee if overweight or oversized. For example, skateboards can be carried as checked baggage or hand baggage with the standard of baggage allowance. Ski and snowboard equipment (one ski/pole bag or one snowboard bag and one boot bag per passenger) will be carried as checked baggage.The total weight of the ski/snowboard bag and the boot bag is not over 50 lbs (23kg); it will be charged if the weight is bigger. The sum of three dimensions may exceed 80 inches (203 cm) without excess size charges. All standard baggage charges apply.

Fees for carriage of surfboards/winsurfing boards:

Surfboards or windsurfing boards of over 70 lbs will be charged overweight fee. Surfboards/ windsurfing boards over 115 linear inches (292cm) are not allowed.

In flights within the United States (including the US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico), the third bag cost 150USD, from the 4th one to the 10th one, it costs 200 USD each.

In flights between Canada and the United States (including the US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico), the fee is 150USD for the third bag, and 200USD/bag for the 4th – 10th ones.CAD amount will be charged exit Canada.

Flights between the United States (including the U.S. Virgin Islands & Puerto Rico) or Canada and Mexico, Central America and Caribbean: 125USD for the third bag, and 200USD/bag for the 4th – 10th ones.

Flights within/between Mexico, Central America and Caribbean: 125USD for the third bag, and 200USD/bag for the 4th – 10th ones.

Flights between South America and the United States (including the U.S. Virgin Islands & Puerto Rico), Canada, Mexico, Caribbean, Central America:200 USD/CAD eachfor bag 3 – 10.

CAD or EUR amounts will be charged when exiting Canada or Europe, respectively.

In flights between North/South/Central America and Europe or North Africa, the excess baggage fee is 285 USD, 330 CAD or 240 EUR each for bag3-10.CAD or EUR amounts will be charged when exiting Canada or Europe, respectively.
