Airport kiosks will help passengers to do everything like those at tradtitional counters faster. Passengers can check in using the kiosk, any time within 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Steps for check-in at kiosks:
- Entering passenger’s SkyMiles card/ passport/ credit card to find itinerary, scanning the barcode on passenger’s printed Delta itinerary or selecting TYPE on the kiosk screen and enter passenger’s confirmation, ticket or SkyMiles number.
- If there are more than one passenger using the same reservation; select the passengers who are checking in.
- From the Trip Summary, passenger can change flight, upgrade seats or cabin, check bags, add Trip Extras or simply Continue to complete check in.
- Take printed boarding passes and any receipts passenger needs.
- Then, bring checked bags to the nearest baggage drop and proceed to security.
