Passengers with THAI Royal First Class, Royal Silk Class and Star Alliance Gold flying on any Star Alliance flights are entitled to use THAI lounges at Suvarnbhumi Airport where Passengers are possible to relax or work while waiting for their department flights.

Departure Lounges have 7 locations for passengers. All international lounges are located on the 3rd Floor. Royal First Lounge at concourse D for First Class passengers has the capacity 134 passengers at one time. Physical facilities of Concourse D include business center, slumber rooms, private corners, shower suites, and Wi-Fi internet.

Four Royal Silk Lounges are on concourses D, C and E. Additionally, the Royal Orchid Lounge is located on concourse E, with separate areas for First Class and Business Class. This lounge has good facilities as food and refreshment bar, shower facilities, business center and Wi-Fi internet.

THAI Royal Silk Lounge at Concourse A is for domestic passengers. THAI Royal Silk Lounge includes food, non-alcoholic refreshment bar and Wi-Fi internet.

Moreover, The Royal Orchid Spa at concourse D, Level 3 primarily caters passengers of Royal First class and Royal Silk class, Royal Orchid Spa has neck-shoulder and foot massage. Particularly, Royal First class passenger is provided with a full range of treatments of three Spa Suites with Jacuzzi and tropical rainfall where Royal First class passenger can relax in a completely tranquil atmosphere.

Remark: Star Alliance Gold and Star Alliance Paid Membership cardholders are kindly requested to use Royal Silk Lounges and our Royal Orchid Lounge at Concourse C and E.

If you have E-ticket number confirmed and issued reservations on THAI and knows booking reference or the reservation code, then find the check in online column to input this code on website. The system on the website will proceed to process pre-check-in for you at once. Maximum passengers for one reservation code is four (including adults and children) plus four infants.

The Internet Check-in service is made from 24 hours up to 1 hour before departure time of flight.

Yes and your seat may be changed on THAI connecting flights, which will be automatically via checked-in for you if your flights are in the same booking code or reservation code. Besides, your return flights will be automatically checked-in in the same reservation code within 24 hours, too. An assigned seat change is not allowed in case your connecting flight is operated by another airline.

For technical reasons and limited cooperation between airlines, some connecting flights may not check in internet. So in this case, check-in staff at the airport will be pleased to assist you best with connecting check-in and seating changes.

Yes, you can. After Internet Check-in process has been confirmed extra changes to seat, FFP numbers or even internet check-in can be canceled by re-entering Internet Check-in with the same booking code or reservation code.
