With a Regular Fare, passengers can cancel his entire booking reservation or any sector not flown in accordance with the policy, payment of cancellation penalties and forfeiture of ancillary fees of the airline. That amount will be stored in the Travel Fund, if not the flight will be considered flown. Passengers cannot rebook the flight, or apply for the creation of a Travel Fund if the flight is considered flown and the fare, surcharges, taxes, and fees paid will be forfeited by CEB.

Fares will be reimbursed to passengers if they meet one of the following conditions:
- Passengers on flights which are cancelled or suspended/ delayed/ postponed more then 01 hour after the estimated time of departure for safety and security reasons by the airline.
- Passengers cannot get on board for reasons other than their non-observance of the General Conditions or applicable law
- Passenger died or suffered a serious illness before the scheduled flight.

A fee may be charged for processing and releasing the refund, except in cases of involuntary flight disruptions of at least 01 hour after estimated time of departure for reasons other than safety or security. All refund will be subject to the Airline’s refund process in force at the time of the request.

Passengers are adults (aged 12 and over), children (between 2-11 years) booked on any British Airways in any travel class can bring one cabin baggage plus one handbag/ laptop bag. Infants under 2 years old can only bring one cabin baggage for items required during the flights.

Passengers can bring a handbag/ laptop bag with dimension up to 45cm x 36cm x 20cm/18in x 14in x 8in, and one piece of cabin baggage must not exceed 56cm x 45cm x 25cm/22in x 18in x 10in on flights to/ from Brazil.

Passengers can bring one handbag/ laptop bag with dimension not exceeding 40cm x 30cm x 15cm/16in x 12in x 6in and one piece of cabin bag with maximum dimension up to 56cm x 45cm x 25cm/22in x 18in x 10in on all flights, except flights to/ from Brazil.

Passengers are allowed to carry one piece of hand baggage plus a laptop or handbag.

Handbag or laptop bag must be stored under the seat in front of passengers (except passengers traveling in First or Club World or seated in an exit row or bulkhead seat at the front of the cabin). Additional hand baggage must place into the overhead locker. If the space on the board is not available, this baggage will be checked into the aircraft hold.

Yes. Liquids can include: medicines, many forms of gels, creams and pastes, and foods such as soup, jams and jellies. Liquids must be in containers not exceeding 100ml each and all liquids must be carried together in a single, transparent, re-sealable plastic bag of up to 20cm x 20cm (8in x 8in) which holds no more than one liter total. Items must fit comfortably inside the bag, so the bag can be completely closed, and must fit in your hand baggage.

If traveling with an infant, passengers can carry powdered formula, baby milk and baby food for their children to use during the flights, even is this exceeds the usual limit on liquid. These do not need to fit in the transparent bag but you should have them ready for inspection by airport security.
