Yes. Passengers with disability can travel with service dogs in the cabin on all flights of 9W without extra fee, in any cabin, provided seat assignment complying with safety regulations.
+ Do I have to take responsibility to my service dog during JetAirways flights?

Yes. Passengers have responsibility to complying with all regulations of local and state for departure, transfer (if any) and destination when traveling with service animals. Passengers have to submit documents relating to Customs, Quarantine, Health regulations, animal/ pet travel schemes, import/ export formalities, vaccinations, health inspections, certificates, animal passports, tests and treatments and foodstuff.
+ Is it necessary to provide 9W with credible evidence about the training of my service dog?

Yes. Passengers have to provide credible evidence which shows the institution where their service animal has been trained, information about vaccine and medication. In case, passengers do not have a training certificate for their service animal, a valid verbal assurance by passenger is needed.
+ Do I have to inform Jet Airway in advance if I travel with my service dog?

Yes. Passengers traveling with emotional support dogs or psychiatric service dogs need to announce the airline at least 48 hours before the departure time, along with related documents.
+ How is the 9W personal care attendant service?

Jet Airways provides disable passengers with personal care attendant, in case passengers traveling alone. However, the passengers just need assistance to feed them, use the toilet or administer their medication. The personal care attendant work as the cabin crew, and they are trained in first aid only, not serve with special nursing care.
+ Does 9W Airways provide disable passengers with safety assistant?

Yes. Jet Airways does provide the service of safety assistant who will help disable passengers to exit the aircraft in emergency evacuation, communicate with the cabin crew for the require safety briefing. The safety assistant is at least 18 years old, he/she is able to evacuate disable passengers in dangerous situations.
+ In which cases does disable passenger need safety assistant on Jet Airways flights?

In the following cases, a passenger with disabilities needs a safety assistant during flights of 9W:
- Disable passengers traveling on a stretcher need safety assistant as a medical/paramedical escort.
- Passengers who are not able to communicate with safety instruction, including safety briefing need safety assistant.
- Passengers with severe mobility impairment cannot assist physically in their own evacuation from the aircraft.
Passengers with both severe hearing and sight disabilities do not travel with a safety assistant should inform the airline at least 48 hours in advance to get the best service.
+ Will disable passengers receive support from staff of 9W Airlines for onboard accessibility?

Special orders

On every airplane of Jet Airways, there is at least one toilet with features meeting the needs of passengers with disabilities and reduced mobility. Toilets on aircrafts of A330 and B777 are accessible to on-board wheel chairs. On B737 and ATR aircraft, passengers will need assistance from cabin crew, but for the safety of flight attendant and passengers, passengers will not be lifted. They will be required to take care of their own needs in the toilet.
