No. The policy of hand baggage on 9W flights is different from type of aircraft, class of travel, domestic/international flights, routes, and status of JetPrivilege Tier.

What are 9W hand baggage allowances on Indian domestic flights?
Hand baggage
For flights within India on Boeing, each passenger is allowed to bring 01 piece of hand baggage weighing no more than 7kg, dimensions of hand baggage 55cm X 35cm X 25cm. On flights with ATR, each passenger is allowed to bring 01 piece of hand baggage weighing less than 7kg, dimensions of hand baggage 50cm X 45cm X 20cm.
In addition, each passenger can bring an infant basket along with his/her hand baggage. Member of JetPrivilege Platinum, Gold or Premiere passenger can bring 01 laptop and 10kg of hand baggageon all flights within India. Passengers on flights from Jammu, Srinagar and Leh stations will not be allowed to carry any cabin baggage.
In addition, each passenger can bring an infant basket along with his/her hand baggage.
