Due to some reasons, some carry-on baggage not allowed to be carried when boarding. The unaccompanied children service is service for children above five years old (including) and under the 12 years old will travel without the parent’s attendance or an adult above 18 years old.

The airline will assist the child at check in to hand over your child to the appointed attendant and appoint a special person to look after the child on the flight. In case, the child is ill on plane, the aircraft crew will look after carefully and help according to the actual situation.
