Jetstar Pacific regulates that ticket price for children from 2 to 12 years old is equal to price for adult, infant under 2 years is free of ticket when traveling with parents and relatives.

Passenger can book for 6 people at maximum in a booking at AloTrip.com.

At AloTrip.com, passengers can reserve seats in domestic and international flight of Jetstar and some cooperated flights of Jetstar and other airlines.

If passenger cannot take flight of Jetstar, you can change name in the ticket with some fee under regulation.

Customer can buy Jetstar tickets for another people at AloTrip.com. You must support us correct name as in ID card or passport. In case you use your Credit Card to pay for tickets, we need to verify the card holder before issuing ticket to avoid fraud.

Passengers can book seat in Jetstar flight with a small fee. Passenger with Starter economy ticket can buy any available seat in the flight. Passengers with Starter Plus, Starter Max and Business tickets can choose any available seats without fee.

In case of delay or cancelation of Jetstar flight, the airline will try to reserve the booked seats for passengers or the equal seats in other flights. However, the airlines does not insure that there will be your desired seats the new flight. In ticket conditions, if passengers choose to take another flight, you will have the same seat with the booked one if there are available seat in the new flight. However, if there is no seat as you booked available, the airline will not refund the money you bought your seat. When changing flight, if the fee of new seat is higher than fee of old seat, you must pay the difference.

Your reservation of Jetstar flight is 24 hours after your booking. And ticket must be issued before flight time at least 48 hours. Especially, ticket for international flights, the reservation is only kept within 6-24 hours after your booking.
