Passenger can book and reserve seats for the maximum number of 9 passengers. Yet. VietJetAir advises passengers to book 4 tickets at most for one booking code to ensure that the procedure is completed quickly.

Yes. Passenger can change his name or other passengers in the same booking code and pay for the changing fee. If passenger buys Promo airfare, passenger cannot change name.

If passenger wants to take the earliest flight, passenger has to buy ticket at least 4 hours before the scheduled departure time.

We do not provide open ticket (tickets are not specified departure time). Therefore, passenger has to select the exact the dates of departure and return.

To receive information about departure and passenger’s information. We will provide you with information of airfare. And, you can pay by one of the following options:

After you finish VietjetAir booking online, you will receive an email to confirm the booking will be sent to your email with all information about your ticket. On the ticket, there is a reservation code which is used to check when passenger contact the booking staff to know about the flight.

You can buy VietjetAir tickets for other people without any other documents. You need to provide exact information of passengers’ names in accordance with ID card or passport when filling passenger information. In other categories, you can fill with your own information, which helps us easy to contact.

Important information that passenger needs to inform the booking staff is:

- Journey: departure and destination
- Fullname of passenger: as same as in ID card or passport
- Telephone/cellphone number: AloTrip will contact if there is any problem relating to the reservation.
- Email address: AloTrip will send e tickets to passenger’s email
