When VNA changes flight, we will inform passenger via email and via telephone in urgent case. Passenger should check email within 24 hours to ensure there is no change in all information about passenger journey.

To ensure safety during VN Airlines flight, passenger should pay attention the following notes:

- Do not smoke
- Do not change seat
- Protect individual baggage; do not put them on aisle or near emergency exits
- Do not use mobile phone, pagers, and other devices with a function of signal reception equipment
- Switch above mentioned devices off until entering airport terminal

During flight of VNA, passengers are asked for switching electrical devices off, because waves of the devices can interference navigation equipment of the aircraft. This will adversely affect the flight.

Before the plan takes off or lands, flight attendants of VNA will order passengers’ seatback in the up-right position, to stow tray-table, footrest, personal monitor and personal items, and that all portable electronic devices are switched off and that passenger seatbelt is fastened.

Yes. For the safety of passenger, Vietnam Airline orders all passengers to wear seatbelt during the flight. Seatbelt for children and seatbelt extension are available on the aircraft. The flight attendants will provide when needed.

On route of Business class passenger, VNA provides the following services:

- Comfortable and convenient seat
- Entertainment equipment
- Anti-noise headphone provided
- Pillows and blanket on flight
- Personal toiletries bag
- Short movies, recreational programs, or music…
- Other specific benefits and luxury services: Business meals, Business entertainment, and earn miles

For Vietnam Airlines service of in-flight call: passenger can make a phone call at your seat and directly pay by international credit card.

For Business Class meals service, VNA offers a varied and plentiful menu. Passengers can choose favorite beverages from liquor to drink only suitable for passengers with specific needs. Depending on the flight, the carrier provides different meals as follows:

- Catering on routes to Europe, Australia: With 2 meals and snacks per flight.

- Catering on routes to Japan, South Korea: typical dishes of culinary traditions of Japan and South Korea.

- Catering on route to Malaysia: food processing according to standards and precepts of Islam eating.

- Catering on other routes: the airline serves one meal after the plane takes off about 20 minutes to 30 minutes.

Entertainment programs on VNA flight to Business Class include films, short entertainment programs, music, games, magazines and newspapers. The entertainment program is also applied to Deluxe Economy class and Economy class.

Deluxe Economy class is only applied to long-haul flights to Europe, passengers will be served free comfortable seat with modern entertainment system. During flight, Deluxe Economy class passenger will be provided with 02 hot meals. Snacks are served between meals if needed. Passengers can make calls on the plane at the seat. Charges will be billed to your international credit card.

In route Hanoi – Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam Airlines uses aircrafts meeting civil aviation standards and high quality such as Boeing 777, Airbus A330-200, and Airbus A321-100/200. The aircrafts can accommodate a large number of passengers; comfortable seat, footrest, negligible harshness during takeoff and landing; and tested international standards quality.
