No. For the purpose of aviation safety, VN Airlines and other international carriers do not accept that passengers bought tickets of Vietnam Airlines and transferred to other passenger. In this case, passengers should change schedule, cancel the ticket, or cancel ticket and buy a new one. Except for deal fare or promotion fare, passenger cannot reimburse.

No. Vietnam Airlines regulates that ticket sold cannot be changed by a lower-price one in domestic flights. It means no expenses are incurred with the ticket (fare/tax/charge). You only can change ticket with a same or higher price than the previous one.

If the name is totally different, Vietnam Airline does not allow passengers to change. In this case, you need to cancel the ticket and book a new one.

If there is 1-2 letters in mistake, we will require airline to fix for you along with your passport's copy. This is subject to airline aprroval.

The amount of refund will be sent to passenger’s bank account after finishing the procedure of refund/cancellation. Yet, the time of receiving refund depends on the working process of the bank. If you buy ticket by cash, you will be reimbursed by cash. If you buy ticket by card, you will receive money via bank transfer.

To the Vietnam national air carrier, almost tickt class will be refunded, except for Vietnam Airlines discount ticket. To other ticket, you have to be charged for a bit of refund fee:

- Refund before the ticketed flight date: 300,000 VND, and 50,000 VND non-refundable service fee
- Refund on/after the ticketed flight date: 600,000 VND, and 50,000 VND non-refundable service fee

If passenger wants to reimburse ticket bought online, passenger should contact us to implement the procedure of Vietnam Airlines ticket refund. The amont of refund will be sent directly to passenger’s bank acount which is used to buy ticket at our system. When sending the request of refund ticket, passenger has to use the email address that is used when booking, if not, passenger’s request will not be accepted.
