Web check in Vietnam Airlines can only be applied to maximum 9 passengers in same Reservation code. If there is more than 9 passengers in same Reservation code, Passengers will have to do in several times until completion.

Check in counters of Vietnam Airline international flights are at T2:

- Counter G0: No Baggage
- Counter G1 – G10: Economy class
- Counter G11: Web check-in
- Counter G12: Crew

VNA regulates when checking in to get on board, passengers have present ticket, identity card/passport/visa. If passengers do not have identity card, passengers can replace by following documents:

- Military Identity card;
- National Assembly membership card;
- Communist party membership card
- Press Identity card;
- Driving license;
- Aviation Security control card;
- Airlines Identity card;
- Confirmed form written by local police or authorities.

For children under 14 years old travelling on Vietnam domestic flights:

- Non-Vietnamese nationalities: Passport;

- Vietnamese nationality: Passport; Birth Certificate (originals or certificated copies); Birth Confirmation Form: Infants under one (01) month old; Confirmation of a social organization: children under the patronage of that organization (this shall be valid within 6 months since the date of confirmation).

The travel documents conditions: still valid, a passenger photo is glued on and stamped, except for certificate of birth, paper certifying birth of infants, security badge and airlines ID.

Kiosk check-in counter is used for passengers who travel in domestic flights departing from Noi Bai and Da Nang.

- At Noi Bai International Airport: between lobby A and B on second floor
- At Da Nang International Airport: entrance D2 on second floor

Passenger can select seat, check in and print boarding pass from 24 hours to 45 minutes before ETD (Estimated time of departure)

No. The following cases are not allowed to check in at kiosk check in:

- Passengers require Business lounge service (Business class, Platinum/Golden/Elite Plus hold card member);
- Passengers travel with infants under 2 years old;
- Passengers are in Vietnam Airlines’ blacklist;
- Passengers have international payment cards which must be verified;
- Passengers travel in group of more than 4 passengers;
- Passengers have ID and AD tickets;
- Passengers request special services (excluding special meal).

- Step 2: Enter booking code or e-Ticket number or Frequent Flyer ID (if declare when booking).
- Step 3: Select passenger (if travel in group) and select flight.
- Step 4: Select seat
- Step 5: Print boarding pass.
