No. Vietnam Airlines ticket will be invalid if passengers check in late at the airport. And, passengers can not implement the flight.

VNA promotion fare has cheaper rate than normal ticket. And, the ticket type is not allowed to reimbursed or cancelled.

VN Airlines has following types of domestic fares: Business Flex, Business Standard, Business Save, Economy Flex, Economy Standard, Economy Save, Special Deal, and Super Deal.

Passengers can only combine Super Deal fare with Super Deal one. Meanwhile, other fare types can combine with each other. These fares are changed into other ticket of new journey with equal or higher fare. Booking classes are allowed to be upgraded if the seat is available. Passengers have to pay for the fare difference and change fee.

There three fare types of Business class: Business Flex, Business Standard, and Business Save with respectively booking class of J, C, and D.

- Business Flex (J): allowed to change without fee, VND 300,000 for refund/cancellation (VND600, 000 if refund during Tet Holiday). The maximum stay is 12 months. GLP members will earn miles with GLP accrual rate of 2.00/mile.

- Business Standard (C): allowed to change without fee, VND 300,000 for refund/cancellation (VND600, 000 if refund during Tet Holiday). The maximum stay is 12 months. GLP members will earn miles with GLP accrual rate of 2.00/mile.

- Business Save (D): VND 300,000 for change, refund/cancellation. The maximum stay is 12 months. GLP members will earn miles with GLP accrual rate of 1.50/mile.

Economy Flex fare of VNA is ticket with booking class of M. The fare type is permitted to change without fee. The fee of refund/cancellation is VND 300,000 and VND 600,000 during Tet holiday. The maximum stay is 12 months. Passengers are not permitted to select seat. After fishing the flight, passegners as GLP members will earn miles with GLP accrual rate of 1.10/mile.

Economy Standard fare in VNA domestic flights is applicable for K and L booking classes. The fare type is permitted to change and refund/cancellation before ticketed flight date with the fee of VND 300,000, and VND 600,000 if change/refund/cancellation is made on/after ticketed flight date. The fare type has the maximum stay of 12 months. Passengers cannot choose seat. After the flight, passengers as GLP members will earn miles with GLP accrual rate of 0.75/mile.

Economy Save fare in domestic flights is applied to Q, N, and R booking class. The fare type is allowed to change, refund/cancel before the ticketed flight date with VND 300,000 charged. If passengers change/refund/cancel on/after ticketed flight date, passengers will be charged VND 600,000. The fare has the maximum stay of 12 months. Passengers cannot select seat. After the flight, passengers as GLP members will earn miles with GLP accrual rate of 0.50/mile.

There are two types of deal fare: Special Deal and Super Deal. Both of the airfares are not reimbursed/cancelled. Special Deal is used for T, U, and E booking class. The fare is permitted to change with fee of VND 600,000 if changing before ticketed flight date; it is not allowed to change on/after the ticketed flight date. The Super Deal is not allowed to change, reimburse or cancel. These deals have the maximum stay of 12 months.

Fare types of VNA departing from outside Vietnam include Business Flex, Business Save, Deluxe Economy Flex, Deluxe Economy Standard, Economy Flex, Economy Standard, Economy Save, Special Deal, and Super Deal.

Except for Special Deal and Super Deal, other fare types allow passengers to select seat. Passengers can combine Super Deal with Super Deal only. Meanwhile, other types can combine with each other.
