HELP CENTER

Noi Bai International Airport is located in Soc Son District (Hanoi). The airport is about 15km from the city center (through Nhat Tan Bridge). Besides, traveling along National Road No.3 (running from Chuong Duong Bridge), turn left at the T-junction with National Road No.2 to approach the airport. Noi Bai Airport is near cities of Vinh Yen, Bac Ninh, and Thai Nguyen. From the airport, passengers can take a taxi, or get on bus to enter Hanoi City center.

There are three ways to get to Noi Bai International Airport:

a. Taxi
The carrier operates much in Noi Bai International Airport such as Noi Bai Taxi, Airport Taxi, Mai Linh Taxi, Viet Thanh Taxi, Venus Thang Long Taxi...

b. Bus
+ From the center of Hanoi to Noi Bai Airport: take the Bus 07 departing from Cau Giay transfer station (in front of University Transportation). After that, the bus will run through bus stops along Cau Giay Street, Nguyen Van Huyen Street (near Vietnam Museum of Ethnology), Hoang Quoc Viet Street, Pham Van Dong Street and straight to Noi Bai. You can catch the bus every 10-15 minutes. It takes about 45-50 minutes to reach the airport.

+ From Noi Bai Airport to Hanoi City center: you can find the bus stop just about 200 meters far from the airport. You get on the bus number 07. Its final destination is Cau Giay transfer station (in front of University Transportation). Here, you can move to other locations in the city.

+ From Hanoi: at 67-69 Tran Nhan Tong Street (in front of Central Circus), 2 hours and a half before the scheduled departure time of the flight

+ From Noi Bai International Airport: in front of domestic arrival terminal
+ From Hanoi: 206 Tran Quan Khai Street

Areas of eating and shopping of Noi Bai International Airport are situated at:

- Zone A and Zone B on the 1st and 2nd floors
- Zone A on the 3rd floor
- Restaurants area on the 4th floor

Tan Son Nhat International Airport is the largest airport in Vietnam. It is located about 8km from Ho Chi Minh City center to the north of Tan Binh District. It takes about 20 minutes to travel from the airport to the city center. Tan Son Nhat International Airport is an important traffic hub of the South of Vietnam. Here is also the headquarters of all airlines in Vientam. It is the headofffice of Vietnam Aviation Corporation managing all civil airports in Vietnam.

- Eating and shopping areas on the first floor.
- Parking area: parking lots in the airport (in front of lobbies) with a bit of parking fee.

- Taxi: popular carriers such as Sai Gon Taxi, Airport Taxi, Mai Linh Taxi, and Vinasun Taxi

- Bus:
+ From the city center of Ho Chi Minh City to Tan Son Nhat Airport: take bus no. 152 from Phu Nhuan District, District 3, District 1, District 5, District 8. Time: every 10-15 per trip. It takes 35 minutes to reach the airport.
+ From Tan Son Nhat Airport to Ho Chi Minh City center: take the bus no. 152 stopping in front of international Terminal then running across domestic terminal. Time: every 10-15 minute per trip. It takes 35 minutes to travel.

- Trishaw:
Trishaw and motorbike taxi (or Xe ôm in Vietnamese) are banned in terminal areas. If you want to hire a trishaw, you have to travel to the end of Truong Son Street. Motorbike taxi is available on Truong Son Street. The cost of traveling by trishaw or motorbike taxi is about one third of taxi cost.

- Hiring bike/mortorbike:
Bicycle and motorbike rentals can be found near your hotel. Some transactions require personal papers or ask for names and whereabouts. Price is negotiable.

At some airports in Vietnam, passengers can park personal vehicles at the airport with the fee of 30,000 VND/night and above, depending on each type of vehicle and time. In addition, passengers can park at parking areas, guest houses and hotels near airports. For example, at Noi Bai International Airport, many passengers have their vehicles protected by Noi Bai Hotel, Noi Bai Post Office; or in Tan Son Nhat, Military Zone 7 Gymnasiums and Parkson are available for you to park your vehicles. At Tan Son Nhat International Airport, passengers can park vehicles over night with fee.

Currently, Jetstar Pacific is having its explotation at 13 airports in Vietnam, and in the future the carrier will exploit more routes.
