In domestic flights, Business class and Economy class tickets of Vietnam Airlines have the keeping seat time of 5 days prior to the scheduled departure time, except for Vietnam Lunar New Year, passengers can keep seat in one day after the booking date. If passengers book Vietnam Airlines cheap tickets, the seats can be kept in 24 hours after booking.

Yes. If passenger loses ID card and driving license, passenger can buy VNA fare by passport. In case, passenger does not have passport, passenger can come to the police station of passenger’s residence area to request personal certificate with passenger’s photo stamped. And, passengers can buy tickets.
