It takes approximately 4 to 6 weeks for customers to receive their membership card. After purchasing, customers will receive a temporary membership card. The card can be printed by customers of they buy online.Customers with a temporary membership card cannot access to Delta partner lounges, only to Delta Sky Club locations.

These conference rooms are not allowed to use for business meetings, conference calls and job applicant interviews. The use of conference room will be charged.

Yes. However, there are some restrictions as below:
- Customers under 21 years old are not permitted to enjoy alcoholic drinks.Local age restrictions apply in non-U.S. locations.
- Customers are not allowed bringing food and alcoholic into any Delta Sky Club.
- Customers are not permitted to remove food and beverages from any Delta Sky Club.

There are two options of Delta Sky Club Membership:
- Executive Membership:with benefit of unlimited club access, can bring up two guests per visit without fee. One-Year Rate: $695.00, 110,000 miles or $59.99 for 12 monthly installments.
- Individual Membership: with benefit of unlimited club access, can bring up guest and pay fee (29USD/guest/visit).One-Year Rate: $450.00, 70,000 miles or $39.99 for 12 monthly installments.

All passengers having a Basic Economy fare of Delta Air Lines cannot select seats after check-in. If there is no seat in the Main Cabin available, the airline will issue a seat request boarding pass, and passengers can use to clear security. The seat will be assigned automatically at the gate.

All passengers with Basic Economy fares cannot serve upgrades (both paying and free), as for the Medallion or other status of elite. Yet, the member can receive the Unlimited Complimentary Upgrades if he buys a Main Cabin fare.

Due to the regulations on Delta Airlines tickets and Medallion, Basic Economy fares are not entitled to paid or complimentary upgrades; paid, complimentary or discounted Delta Comfort+; paid or complimentary Preferred Seats, along with not allowed to making same-day confirmed/standby flight changes.

Passengers as SkyMiles members are entitle for mileage accrual, and they can earn Medallion Qualification Miles (MQMs), Medallion Qualification Segments (MQSs) and Medallion Qualification Dollars (MQDs – U.S.-based members only) if they have Basic Economy fares.
