Golden Lotus Plus or GLP for short is a program for frequent passengers of VNA. With the program, the carrier brings promotions and incentives to passengers such as free flights, services and incentives along with comfort and convenience.

What will I receive when joining GLP Vietnam Airlines?
Program
When participating VNA Golden Lotus Program and becoming Member of the program, after each time of using products and services of the carrier or of other airline members of SKyTeam and partners of Golden Lotus Program, passengers will earn miles. These miles will be accumulated in the member’s account and easily changed into valuable prizes for the member and his family members.

What members of VN Airline GLP receive beside promotions of GLP and SkyTeam?

Which membership tiers of GPL Vietnam Airline includes?
Program
Vietnam Airlines Golden Lotus consists of five main membership tiers. They are Platinum, Gold, Titanium, Silver, and Register that is the entry tier for GLP. The qualifying miles will be earned when passengers conduct flights of the carrier or other airlines of SkyTeam.

How to upgrade Register tier to Silver tier in GLP of VN Airline?
Program
To become Silver tier of Golden Lotus Program, passenger needs to be the card holder of VPBank – Platinum MasterCard, or Techcombank – Visa, as well as to be Priority customer of Techcombank, Vietcombank – American Express. Otherwise, the member of Register tier implementing one flight will be upgraded into Silver tier.

What are criteria for becoming Titan membership of VN Airline Golden Lotus Plus?
Program
Titan tier of Golden Lotus Plus Vietnam Airlines is equivalent to Elite tier of SkyTeam. The member tier will be upgraded based on the following conditions:
- Being the card holder of Vietcombank Vietnam Airlines Platinum American Express, qualifying period will follow the effect of co-branded card.
- Being the card holder of Vietnam Airlines Techcombank Visa Platinum with expenditure of 120 million Vietnam dong in three consecutive months, qualifying period of one year (12 consecutive months) since the date of upgrading.
- Having 15,000 qualifying miles or 20 eligible flights, and qualifying period of 12 consecutive months
- Being the card holder of Vietcombank Vietnam Airlines Platinum American Express, qualifying period will follow the effect of co-branded card.
- Being the card holder of Vietnam Airlines Techcombank Visa Platinum with expenditure of 120 million Vietnam dong in three consecutive months, qualifying period of one year (12 consecutive months) since the date of upgrading.
- Having 15,000 qualifying miles or 20 eligible flights, and qualifying period of 12 consecutive months

- Owning 30,000 qualifying miles or 30 eligible flights
- Qualifying period: 12 consecutive months
- Owning 30,000 qualifying miles or 30 eligible flights
- Qualifying period: 12 consecutive months

What are criteria for Platinum tier of Vietnam Airlines GLP?
Program
Members of GLP must meet the following qualifications to become Platinum membership of Vietnam Airline in GLP program or Elite Plus tier of SkyTeam:
- Having 50,000 qualifying miles or 50 eligible flights
- Qualifying period: 12 consecutive months
- Having 50,000 qualifying miles or 50 eligible flights
- Qualifying period: 12 consecutive months

Shall GLP members earn miles in flight of other carriers, except for VNA or SkyTeam?
Program
No. Members of Golden Lotus Plus can earn miles only when conducting flights with Vietnam Airlines or airline members of SKyTeam.

Can I use membership tier to buy miles in GLP of Vietnam Airline?
Program
Yes. Golden Lotus Plus members can buy qualifying miles from the program or earn qualifying miles from Vietnam Airlines promotion or particular announcement of the airline.
