Seaplane flight service in Vietnam is exploited commercially for the first time. The seaplane will be used on stage of Hanoi – Ha Long with the price of 10,000 million VND for a return ticket.

Four semi-natural areas of Vietnam Bear Rescue Centre at Tam Dao National Park, Vinh Phuc Province were inaugurated on November 11, bringing the number of bears that can be taken care in the center doubled, i.e. 200 bears.
