What is difference between upstream and downstream?
Upstream and downstream indicate the direction that the ship will move. For example, if upstream is from Saigon to Siem Reap, downstream is in opposite direction, it means from Siem Reap to Saigon. Generally, all activities and programs in upstream and down stream’s itinerary are similar to each other. The only one difference is that the ship moves from the opposite direction.
