You still use your Promo fare as usual. After Vietjet Air change to new fare class, the valid Promo fare will be applied accordance with ECO policy and conditions.

Can i change name for valide Promo?

A valid promo fare will by changed to ECO class by Vietjet Air at zero cost. Thus, you can change name accordance with ECO conditions. When changing name, you need to change name for whole itinerary and pay the fee and fare difference (if any). If your ticket is return and you have used 1 flight then you can not change name.

Can i downgrade from DELUXE to ECO?

Can I buy seat for DELUXE at SKYBOSS area?

You have priority to select free seat (if available) at the time of booking. Normally, the seat will be from 3rd row, you can not select seat at SKYBOSS area. However, you still can buy seat at SKYBOSS area if available when checking in at the airport.

What is conditions to change name of ECO, DELUXE and SKYBOSS

When buying ECO, DELUXE, SKYBOSS, you can change name if the ticket is not used at all. When changing name you have to change name for whole itinerary, pay fee and fare difference (if any). If you have used one part of the ticket (saying return ticket), you can not change name.
