When checking in online, can I get a boarding pass for the transit flight or just get a boarding pass for the first flight and have to check in again at the transit airport?

In case your flights are operated by the same airline, you can receive the boarding pass for all flights including the transit flights, and you do not need to check-in again. On the other hand, your flights are operated by different airlines, you need to check-in again at the transit airport to get the boarding pass.

Do I need Visa transit for Taipei?
