Please be reminded that cancellation policy will change according to the packages that you book. Below is general policy for your reference.

From 11 Jan - 29 Apr & 4 May - 19 Dec:

-  Any cancellation within 21 days prior to the check-in date will be charged 30% of total revenue.

-  Any cancellation within 14 days prior to the check-in date will be charged 50% of total revenue.

- No-show or cancellation within 10 days prior to arrival date will be charged in full revenue.

- Any shortening of stay within 10 days prior to arrival date will be charged in full revenue the day cancelled.

From 20 Dec - 10 Jan & 30 Apr - 3 May:

- No-show or cancellation within 60 days prior to arrival date will be charged 50% of total revenue.

- No-show or cancellation within 45 days prior to arrival date will be charged in full revenue.

- Any shortening of stay within 45 days prior to arrival date will be charged in full revenue the day cancelled.

Venada Lagoon Wellness Resort & Spa accepts a wide range of payment methods. For your convinience, you can make payment through credit cards such as Visa, Master Card, American Express, and so on.

- Airport: It only takes tourists 30 minutes to travel from Vedana to Hue Airport and 90 minutes to Danang International Airport by car. 

- What to do? Because of being located between 2 world heritage sites, Hoi An and Hue, Vedana Lagoon is among special Hue resorts where tourists can visit many historical and ecological atrractions such as the Citadel, the Royal Tombs of Tu Duc, Khai Dinh, and Minh Mang, Thien Mu Pagoda, Dong Ba Market, Thanh Toan Tile Roof Bridge, Bach Ma National Park, Lang Co Beach, Truc Lam Zen Monastery, Loc Binh Beach, Canh Duong Beach, Binh Anh Beach, and dramatic waterfalls.

- book at least 60 days prior to arrival date, and receive 15% off the normal rate.

No cancellation, no amendment
Any cancellation, admendment or failure will result in a 100% full revenue charge
Full prepayment will be settle at the time of reservation and non-refundable.
