La Residence Hue Hotel & Spa has 122 rooms and suites offering tourists diverse choices involving 63 superior, 30 superior river view, 5 deluxe, 11 deluxe river view, 6 deluxe colonial, 3 colonial junior suites, 3 colonial suites, and 1 resident suite.

Generally, all rooms in La Residence Hotel are outfitted with stunning art-deco furnishings, dark hardwood and French colonial tile designs, satellite connectivity & flat screen TV, personal in-room amenities, shower or bathtub, tea & coffee-making facilities, non-smoking room, and free Wi-Fi internet. Each room can accommodate maximum 2 adults and 1 child under the age of 5 years old sharing existing bed with parents (1 extra adult/child can be arranged with extra bed for deluxe and deluxe river rooms upon request). Complimentary baby cot is available upon request. However, Deluxe Colonial rooms have some different features in comparison to other types. Specifically, Deluxe Colonial are located in the stylish renovated governor’s residence with colonial ceiling fan, ceramic tiled floor, ceramic tiled bathrooms with wooden furniture and double sink, multi-channel TV screen

Meanwhile, all types of suite in the hotel are well-appointed with sofa and working area, wooden floor with ceramic tiles, ceramic tiled bathroom with wooden furniture, multi-channel TV screen, tea & coffee-making facilities, complimentary Vietnamese tea selection, and non-smoking room. Accommodation and breakfast are free for 1 child under 12 years sharing parents' room. Children from 12 years are considered as adults.

Cancellation

The cancellation policy depends on the types of room and the package that you book. With some packages, you will not be refundable even if the booking is cancelled or modified. However, with other offers, no cancellation charge applies prior to 4.00 pm (local time) on the day of arrival. Beyond that time, the first night will be charged.
