TRADITIONAL VIETNAMESE POOL HOUSE

There are three villas of the category. This is a separate house with private kitchen, dining room, spa, pool and outdoor shower. The pool house is inspired from architecture of traditional Vietnamese house with bamboo leaved roof in the combination with wooden pillars and raw bricks. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

Check-in time is at 14:00 hours & check-out at 12:00 noon. If early check-in is required, it is subject to availability and late check-out will be charged 50% of the room rate.

CANCELLATION

- Any cancellation within 07 days prior to the check-in date will be charged 50% of total revenue.
- No-show or cancellation within 03 days prior to arrival date will be charged in full revenue.
- Any shortening of stay within 05 days prior to arrival date will be charged in full revenue the day cancelled.

CHILDREN AND EXTRA BED

- Children below 12 years sharing with adult on existing bedding free and entitled for breakfast
- Infant 0-1 year(s) is free of charge if using existing bedding. If you need a cot there may be an extra charge.
