Halong - Haiphong highway to be built

On September 13 morning, at the kilometer of 102 + 300 on National Road 18, in Dai Yen Ward of Halong City, Nguyen Tan Dung Prime Minister and leaders of Quang Ninh's agencies officially opened the groundbreaking ceremony of Halong Haiphong Highway.
