EU pledged EUR 542 million in ODA for Vietnam

At a press conference announcing assessment report on development cooperation (ODA) between EU and Vietnam on June 25 2014, Dr. Franz Jesen, Ambassador - Head of the EU Delegation spoke EU pledged to continue providing EUR 542 million in ODA for Vietnam.
