CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

Check-in time is at 2:00 PM and check-out at 12:00 AM. If early check-in is required, it is subject to availability and late check-out will be charged a little fee of the room rate.

CANCELLATION/PREPAYMENT

- Prior 7 days of arrival date, no fee will be charge
- From 4 to 7 days before arrival date, 50% of reservation price will be charge
- Within three (3) days prior to the arrival date or no show, full payment will be charge.

CHILDREN AND EXTRA BED

- Only one extra bed is allowed to set up in one room.
- Children under 4 years old are free of charge if share room with parents.
- Children from 4 years old to 11 years old are free to stay if share room with parents but are required to pay compulsory surcharge for full-board directly at hotel.
- Guests from 12 years of age are considered as adults.
- Maximum 2 children under 12 years old are allowed to share a room with parents and 1 extra bed must be booked at additional charge for 1 child if 2 children share a room with parents.
- There will be a compulsory charge for the special events such as Christmas Eve or New Year Eve Gala Dinner.
