Lying on the 9th floor of Liberty Hotel Saigon Parkview, Level 9 Restaurant is a traditional Vietnamese restaurant catering special Vietnamese dishes. The restaurant has the seating capacity of 250 guests. In Level 9 Restaurant, guests can savor Vietnamese cuisines and admire the panoramic view of 23/9 Park. From 11.30 am to 1.30 pm, the restaurant will serve guests 50 delicious and nutritious salad with a variety of combinations with different sauces, Hue’s specialties, rolls, variance of Vietnamese noodles, ice-creams, and fresh fruits. With dinner buffet menu, there are 60 dished made from fresh ingredients such as meets, beef, seafood, vegetable, etc. Weekend Buffet’s operating time is from 6.00 pm to 9.30 pm from Friday to Sunday.
