Paradise Peak offers eight suites with three options for tourists including 2 junior suites, 4 superior suites, and 2 premium suites. Junior suite

Superior suite

Generally, each itinerary will have its own programs and activities. However, there are some common activities for all itineraries onboard like BBQ Dinner, fishing, snorkeling, swimming, cycling, Tai Chi, cooking classes, kayaking, spa & message, wooden games, and movie nights.

With regard to itinerary, there are two options for tourists including Paradise Peak Cruise 2 days/1 night and Paradise Peak Cruise 3 days/ 2 nights.

Check-in/Check-out

Generally, the embarkation time and disembarkation time is 12.15 am and 10.30 am respectively. However, to make sure that you are on time, you should ask for more detailed information from staffs.

Cancellation

In terms of cancellation, tourists will be charged basing on the time they make a request. The earlier they make cancellation request, the less they will be cost.

In details, with FIT booking (groups of less than 7 cabins), for those who inform more than 7 days before trip departure, they will receive a full refund. However, if tourists make a request of cancelation from 7 days to 3 days before arrival, they will be charged 50%. Finally, tourists informing less than 72 hours before vessel departure will not be returned the payment they did before.

For GIT booking (group of from 7 cabins), tourist informing cancellation more than 60 days before arrival will receive 100% the payment. On the other hand, they will be charged 50% of the total rate if informing from 60 - 31 days, 75% from 30 to 15 days, and 100% if less than 15 days.

Children and extra beds

For children under the age of 5 years old, they can freely share cabin with two adults and maximum one child. Baby cot is free of charge. However, if tourists require an additional bed, they must pay further $25 for two days - one night program and $35 for three days - two nights program.

The cost of an inclusive extra bed for children from 5 to 12 years old sharing cabin with two adults will depend on the itinerary and the time you travel.

Finally, with ones over 12 years old, they will be charged as adult's rate.

Cards accepted

To make the payment happening easily, conveniently and safely, tourists can pick up one of two options below. In the first way, tourists can use Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JTB to make the payments  through OnePay online payment gateway. Besides, tourists can also transfer their payment by credit card, bank wire transfer, or through Western Union Global Transfer.

How safe is your cruise?

What should I wear on the boat?

To keep your health and create the most convenient for your voyage, Paradise Luxury Cruise advise that you should take a light garments in summer and a jacket in winter because the weather can be pretty cold, especially at night. In addition, bringing a raincoat will be useful anytime due to the unpredictable weather.

There is a note if you want to do kayaking, you should change your clothes first because it is easily to get wet. In terms of wearing shoes, choose one that make you feel the most comfortable and appropriate according to the weather. Do not forget to bring walking shoes and bathing suit for your exciting excursions in the Bay.
