The Legend I has one accommodation deck with a luxury Suite occupying a maximum of two adults and a child under 12. The cruise offers a suite of about 20 square meters. Legend Suite

Legends Suites are equipped in Bhaya Legend II, III and IV. The Legend II has two cabins with a double and a twin. Interestingly, in Twin cabin, two single beds can be convertible into a double bed. Meanwhile, the Legend III has three cabins. This is the perfect choice for a group of friends or a family. Each junk of the type can lodge a maximum of seven passengers. Each cabin in Legend III has an area of 20.5 square meters with two cabins of Twin/Double and one cabin of Queen-size bed. Royal Suite

Check-in/Check-out

According to the policy of Bhaya Legend Cruise, the timetable of check-in and check-out is 12:30 PM and 11:00 AM, respectively. You should present at 12:00 AM to make sure that you can prepare well for the voyage. Yet, this time can be earlier or later depending on the tour you book, its itinerary, and weather conditions.

Cancellation

Cancellations only become effective once the Bhaya Cruises sales office receives notification of cancellation in writing. Should you be forced to cancel your cruise booking, the following terms will apply:

- Upon confirmation: No charge
- From 08 – 30 days prior to your cruise: No charge for bookings of up to 2 cabins
- 30% of total charge for bookings of 3 – 5 cabins
- From 04 - 07 days prior to your cruise: 50% of total charge
- Less than 03 days prior to your cruise: 100% of total charge

Refunds

- No refunds will be made for unused services or no-shows.
- Please allow up to 15 days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Passengers shall bear all refund fees/ charges imposed by the bank regarding the refund process.

Children and extra beds

- Free of charge for child below the age of 6 years old traveling with parents limiting to one child traveling with two adults. Extra child below 6 years old is charged an extra fee.
- Child from 6 to 12 years old sharing cabin with two adults on mattress limiting to one child per cabin only.
- Two children below 12 sharing a private cabin are charged at 75% of full cabin rate
- Child from the age of 13 must solely occupy a cabin and pay full cabin rate

Notes for cruise tours:

- Cruise itinerary and schedule are subject to change due to weather, tide levels and operating conditions. Swimming or kayaking excursions may be -   cancelled due to poor weather.
