Vietjet Air provides four types of airfare:

- SkyBoss: Business class
- Eco: Standard Economy class
- Promo: Promotion class
- Flexi: Flexible class

The fare type SkyBoss is described as follows:

- Passengers can change name (for the entire journey) with changing fee.
- Passengers can change flight without fee, but may pay for difference in fare.
- Passengers are free of charge if changing departure, but may pay for difference in fare.
- Passengers are free of charge if changing route, but may pay for difference in fare.
- Changes can be made 3 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- Passengers can use luxury Business lounge to relax or work with modern facilities.
- Passengers are prioritized in check-in procedure
- Passengers are prioritized with 7kg of unchecked baggage, and 20kg of checked baggage.
- Passengers can select seat.
- Free of charge to upgrade, pay for the difference in fare.

With Eco fare type, passengers can:

- Change name with fee (for the whole journey)
- Change flight, pay for fee and difference in fare
- Change departure, pay for fee and difference in fare
- Change flight status 24 hours before the scheduled departure time
- Upgrade fare type, pay for fee and difference in fare
- Be prioritized with 7kg of unchecked baggage

With Vietjet Promo tickets, passengers can:

- Not change name of passengers
- Change flight, pay for changing fee and difference in fare
- Change departure, pay for changing fee and difference in fare
- Change route, pay for changing fee and difference in fare
- Change flight status 24 hours before the scheduled departure time
- Be prioritized with 7kg of unchecked baggage

Yes. The change of flight, departure, and route can be conducted until one day after the ticketed flight date. The changes are accepted at service centers or ticket offices of Vietjet Air. The new airfare may be the same or higher than the previous one. Difference in fare must be paid after change.

The change of departure (date and time) and passenger’s name can be conducted 2 days before the scheduled departure time. Passenger cannot change route.

The ticket price after changing must be Eco fare type or Flex fare type with higher price. Passengers have to pay for the difference in fare before changing.

Changing fee is applied to each passenger/flight/times change. E ticket can be change online.

Changes of departure and flight can be implemented 2 days before scheduled departure time.

Passengers cannot change route and name. The new airfare must be the same or higher than the previous one. If the new airfare is lower, the difference in fare will not be reimbursed to passengers. If the new airfare is higher, passengers have to pay for the difference in fare.

The changing fee is applied to each passenger/flight/times change. Vietjet Air e ticket can be changed online.

All airfare will not be refunded if passenger cancel at any time, or not present at the airport at least 30 minutes (international flights) and 45 minutes (domestic flights) before scheduled departure time.

- Infant from 14 days to 2 years old: FOC (accompanied by adult, limited seat)

- Child over 2 years old: adult’s rate

During Vietnam Lunar New Year, ticket prices for children, old people, and disable people are regulated as follows:

- Child from 2 – 12 years old: adult’s rate
- Child under 2 years old: FOC

No. The ticket price that passengers pay includes tax and fee. Passengers just present tickets at the airport without paying for any surcharge or extra fee.
