- choose round trip/ one way, departure, destination, date, number of passengers
- click search
- select wanted flights and book
- wait for confirmation email

Yes. Passengers can book Award tickets directly online, right up to the day of departure. Also, they can book an Award ticket to the destination of their choice by calling the airline’s Customer Service Center. Yet, passengers have to book at least 2 weeks in advance in flights of Air France’s partners. In flights of Air France and KLM, customers will receive an e-ticket with full details, and a receipt by e-mail. On departure date, passengers check in and present their Flying Blue card.

Passengers can consult their reservation online by accessing the website of Air France and go to the section of "View / modify your reservations".

If customers have not received an e-mail confirmation, perhaps they enter the wrong email address you may have entered your e-mail address incorrectly. In any case, after payment, reservation is registered; thus, customers need to contact the place where they book.
